Cover Girls: Young Black Actresses

Months ago, Vanity Fair released their “New Hollywood” issue. The issue featured 9 women who they felt were Hollywood’s newest big screen stars. The selection sparked a bit of controversy mainly because the lack of diversity. It takes a bold and brave person to respond with positive creativity and not negative comments. Movie publicist, Arian Simone, did just that. Simone created a publication titled, “Fearless Magazine” and the premiere cover features actresses Tia Mowry, Lauren London, Naturi Naughton, Monique Coleman, Jennifer Freeman, Kyla Pratt, Tiffany Hines and Chyna Layne...also known as “the forgotten young black hollywood.”
